Catherine P. Watson

Catherine has been married to her husband, Ken for 40 years and together they have raised four children who have given them four grandchildren. Catherine and her husband raised their family on the Watson Homestead just outside the Village of Priceville and although they are no longer living on the Watson Homestead they continue to have deep roots in the community.

After raising her family, Catherine attended the University of Windsor Law School as a mature student, graduating with her LL.B. in 2002. After practicing as an Associate Lawyer in Owen Sound for four years, Catherine opened her own practice in the town of Markdale in April 2006.

Catherine’s takes a dedicated, practical, and results-driven approach to representing and assisting clients. Catherine has an extensive background in agriculture and has assisted many clients who operate large farming operations whether it be beef, dairy, or cash cropping.

Catherine was pleased to have Paul Phillips join her practice in February 2018. Catherine and Paul compliment each other perfectly and enjoy working with one another to get the best results for their clients. Catherine’s practice primarily focuses on Family Law but has a stong Wills and Estates and Civil Litigation client base as well.

Catherine was called to the Bar in 2002.
